We do not guarantee any specific business results, revenue outcomes, lead generation results, or performance improvements from using the platform.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sales Finisher and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, partners, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to Sales Finisher will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sales Finisher and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to:

• Your violation of these Terms

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of Sales Finisher will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
